The 270-acre next phase of River Oaks will provide exciting new community elements and opportunities in Paso Robles. There will be a variety of housing opportunities, from condos and townhomes to single-family homes to an active adult community, to fit every stage of life.

Health and wellness will be a key element of the community, with an expanded hot springs Spa; Health, Wellness and Fitness Center; hiking and recreational trails; parks, pools, 9-hole golf course and multi-sport courts; and a competition aquatics and racquet complex. Community events may be held at the natural outdoor amphitheater or in the Community Conference Center, equipped with the latest audio-visual technology.

Sustainability and natural resource conservation are foremost in the planning and design of River Oaks. The community is designed based on LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) principles, which recognizes projects that successfully protect and enhance the overall health, natural environment and quality of life in communities.
