Estrella Associates, Inc. (EAI) is a Paso Robles-based development and construction company with deep roots and ties to the Paso Robles area. EAI specializes in the entitlement and development of master planned communities, active-adult residential, multi-family and single-family residential and light commercial projects. EAI’s goal is to develop and build residential and light commercial projects at competitive prices with the highest possible quality standards.

President Richard J. Willhoit, who has been active in the real estate industry in San Luis Obispo County for more than 20 years, leads the EAI team. His experience includes land development, real estate sales and management. The current members of the EAI team have worked in real estate, land development, construction management, general contracting, accounting, office management and hospitality management and has been assembled because of their complementary backgrounds and goals.
